Cancellation Policy for Acujin Acupuncture

At Acujin Acupuncture, we understand that life can be unpredictable and appointments may need to be rescheduled. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask you to adhere to our cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Same-Day Appointments: If your appointment was made on the same day, you must provide at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-Show Policy: If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the required notice period, you will be charged the full price of the session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high level of service for all our clients.
